Ordering from crochet collection(s): Handmade items are non-refundable once paid and ready to ship-out. All exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. We are unable to except exchanges on bottoms and other intimate items for hygienic health reasons. Exchanges do not include color changes or design changes.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Unless it is a malfunction with the garment. This does not include if you have order the wrong size. If the item we not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Exchanges are accepted if the item has been lost, stolen, or damage in the process of delivery after a hard claim/ investigation has been filed.

There is a $50 consultation fee that has to be paid before starting the making process. Customize orders included sketches and first look at yarn choices All item(s) must be paid in full in order to start unless item(s) is over $500. If item(s) are at/over $500 a deposit of $350 is required for us to start the process of making your order. (The $50 fee for consultation is included in this amount) Once order has been placed, we cannot change out item(s) within 24 hours of purchase. Consultation fee is non-refundable If you decide you want to cancel your order, please makes sure you cancel within 5 hours of purchase to receive full refund (except for the consultation fee). After 5 hours have passed you will only receive partial refund back. If the item is completed within the time you have purchase, there will be no refund.

-colors: please attach the color(s) you would like in your custom order. They can be written/paste in our order form.
