• All handmade items are non-refundable once payment has been made and the item is ready to ship.

• Please double-check your order before placing it. If changes are needed, contact us before the item is made. Additional costs may apply if upgrading to a higher-priced item.

• Once an item is made, we cannot alter or exchange it.

EXCHANGES

Crochet Garments

• If there is an issue with your purchase, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

• Buyers have 3 business days to request an exchange.

• To determine eligibility, please provide clear photos showing the item’s condition.

Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.

• Exchanges are not accepted for intimate items (e.g., swimwear, bodysuits) due to hygiene concerns.

• Exchanges do not cover color or design changes.

Shipping & Responsibility:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

• If the item is returned in poor condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Exchanges are accepted if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery.
